Where do our beliefs lie in 2021?
At the beginning of 2019, I collected a survey of results where I asked people where their beliefs within the paranormal field lay. I found this to be a really interesting yet surprising exercise. A lot of the results were not what I expected. I wanted to revisit this and see if there has been a noticeable shift in the answers given the time that has passed. I realize that the response group is completely different so it is not a direct comparison, but it is an exercise I want to revisit again.

I have asked below the exact same questions I asked the first time. I have moved the platform from survey monkey to google forms and all results are completely anonymous. I understand that for many of the questions it is difficult to give a yes or no answer and there may be some questions where you want to sit on the fence. I have done this on purpose to challenge you to lean toward a yes or no. If I add in maybe, there is going to be a whole lot of maybe or I don't know and it really isn't going to give us much of a snapshot. On one shoulder you have your belief and on the other shoulder, you have your bias and rationalism. I want you to tell that bias or rationalism to be quiet just for the sake of this exercise and ask yourself deep down what you truly believe. If you don't know, select the answer you lean more toward. I will be collecting results over the coming weeks and will publish a comparison and maybe even get some of your thoughts on why results have changed or stayed the same. Why do they sit where they are?
